Julian De Maestri, CTO

Launched the first solution of Scaleflex - Cloudimage in 2016. With over 15 years of development experience in multiple startups, he oversees Product strategy and R&D.

Emil Novakov, CEO

Joined forces with Julian in 2016 to build and grow Scaleflex. 1st Engineer and Sales Engineering Manager at AirWatch EMEA (acquired in 2014 for $1.54Bn by VMware).

Charles Hirel, Board Advisor

Joined Scaleflex in 2016. Over 10 years of experience as Channel and Sales Manager at Apple, AirWatch and VMware.

Jean-François Lecas, CXO

Joined Scaleflex in 2020. Over 20 years of experience in transforming global service delivery and CX across CDN and managed services industries.

François Mancini, Chief Sales Officer

Working for over 20 years in B2B sales before joining Scaleflex in 2024. Previously VP of Sales EMEA at Scalefast, with senior sales leadership experience across top-tier SaaS companies.

Tram Nguyen, VP Operations & Branding

Came onboard in 2020. Over 10 years of experience as Channel and Sales Manager at Apple, AirWatch and VMware.

Aurélien D'Aquino, VP Product Engineering

Part of the team since 2020. Over 15 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma process optimization and operations management across enterprise IT services at OVH, Atos and other.

Laura Berger, VP Product Strategy and Alliances

With Scaleflex since 2020, leads global technology partnerships and strategic alliances. With proven expertise in go-to-market strategy and channel management across North America and Europe.

Jonathan Britel, Marketing Director

Brings extensive B2B marketing expertise from leading SaaS platforms. Previously led marketing across Western Europe at VTEX, a $4.7Bn NYSE-listed digital commerce platform.

Nikolay Jordanov, Product Manager

Joined Scaleflex in 2022, bringing expertise in AI within the real estate industry. Previously served as Data Business Consultant at Valtech, focusing on data science and machine learning.
